Annual Meeting of The History of Dermatology Society - 2026

Welcome to HDS 2026

Dear HDS Member:

This year, the History of Dermatology Society will convene in conjunction with the Annual AAD Meeting in Denver, Colorado. The meeting will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver 1111 14th Street Denver, CO 80202. Annual meeting events are scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026.

We will begin at 10:00 am with a museum tour of the Denver Art Museum 100 W 14th Ave. Pkwy. Denver, Colorado. Following our tour of the museum, we will return to the Four Seasons, where lunch will be served at 12:30PM. The seminar will begin at 1:30 PM.

The Annual Banquet will begin with the Zakon Lecture given by Dr. Branka Marinovic, the current President of the EADV and will take place at the Four Seasons, starting at 6:30 PM. The evening festivities will be enhanced by the annual toasts in memory of Marion B. Sulzberger, Herman Beerman, Samuel J. Zakon, and John T. Crissey. The evening will conclude with Dr. Mark Valentine announcing the winner of this year’s Samuel J. Zakon Prize.
